PROVA FLEX-HEAT Tile Underlayment
Over 1,000 sq. ft. of PROVA FLEX-HEAT® was installed throughout the home, including the mud room, powder room, utility entry, guest entry, laundry room and bathrooms. On a large multi-room installation, its flat-laying design, low profile and flexible cable compatibility helped simplify the work across different spaces.

PROVA BOARD Beyond the Shower
A tiled fireplace surround puts different demands on the substrate behind the finished surface. Repeated heating and cooling can cause building materials to move over time, making a rigid and dependable tile backing especially important. PROVA BOARD® was used around the fireplaces in the Princess Margaret show home to provide a dense, tile-ready substrate.

Spa Steam Shower
High-Performance Waterproofing
Steam showers create conditions beyond a typical shower, making vapor control critical. In the basement spa, PROVA-MAT® was installed over PROVA BOARD® to manage moisture and temperature changes. PROVA-MAT’s low perm rating delivers superior vapor protection, while PROVA BOARD provides a rigid, waterproof tile backing.

The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Home Lottery brings together builders, designers, manufacturers and communities in support of a cause that reaches far beyond the home itself. As part of the 2026 project, M-D Building Products® donated $20,000 in PROVA® products and related materials to help bring the home to life.
