Inside Look
PROVA® Throughout the Home
PROVA FLEX-HEAT®
Warmth From the Ground Up
Approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of PROVA FLEX-HEAT® was installed throughout the home, including the mud room, powder room, utility and guest entries, laundry room and bathrooms. The tile underlayment helped create a consistent, tile-ready surface across multiple spaces while accommodating floor heating cables for added comfort.
PROVA BOARD® | Fireplace & Vanity Walls
Protection Behind Tile
PROVA BOARD® was used behind tiled fireplace surrounds and large-format tile vanity walls, providing a rigid, dependable surface behind some of the home’s most prominent finishes. Lightweight and easy to work with, PROVA BOARD® gives installers a versatile, tile-ready substrate that can be used well beyond the shower.

PROVA-MAT® & PROVA LINEAR DRAIN®
Shower Systems Built to Last
PROVA-MAT® waterproofing was installed over mud beds throughout the showers to accommodate framing and job-site conditions. PROVA LINEAR DRAIN® provided contemporary shower drainage and a seamless tiled finish. Together, the products helped create durable, watertight shower assemblies across the home’s bathrooms.

Proudly Supporting The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation
The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Home Lottery brings together builders, designers, manufacturers and communities in support of a cause that reaches far beyond the home itself. As part of the 2026 project, M-D Building Products donated $20,000 in PROVA® products and related materials to help bring the home to life.
Proceeds from the lottery support The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and its work in advancing cancer research, personalized medicine and patient care. We’re proud to contribute to a project where thoughtful design, expert construction and a meaningful cause come together.
PROVA Tile Installation Products® partnered with The Princess Margaret Foundation, Baeumler Quality Construction and Baeumler Design Group on the 2026 Princess Margaret Home Lottery prize home, a one-of-a-kind residence bringing together thoughtful design, expert construction and a shared commitment to supporting cancer research.
